Terms and Conditions

By requesting a quotation, using this website or the Jemkos Mazeras app, or purchasing stone from our yard on Ngong Road, opposite Showground, you agree to these terms.

Supply

We supply Mazeras natural stone. We do not warrant that every sheet will match a photograph exactly. Installation, bedding, sealing and structural work remain the responsibility of your contractor unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

The app

Uploading images of a property must be done with the owner’s authority. Quotations generated from photos are indicative until confirmed. You are responsible for the accuracy of measurements you submit.

Payment and title

Title in the stone passes when we have received payment in full. We may withhold delivery if an account is overdue.

Limitation

Our liability is limited to the value of the stone supplied under the relevant invoice, except where Kenyan law does not allow that limit.
