Jemkos Mazeras (“we”) supplies natural stone from Ngong Road, opposite Showground, Nairobi. This policy explains how we handle information you share through this website, WhatsApp, email, telephone, or the Jemkos Mazeras mobile app.

What we collect

We may collect your name, phone number, email address, project address, photographs of spaces you upload for quotation, measurements, and messages you send us. If you use the app, we also receive device details needed to deliver quotations and app updates.

How we use it

We use this information to quote, supply stone, improve our service, and communicate about your project. We do not sell your personal data. Photos of your property are used only to assess stone type, quantity and finish.

Sharing

We may share details with transporters, installers or insurers solely to fulfil an order you have requested. Payment processors and hosting providers may process data on our behalf under contract.

Your choices

Write to info@jemkosmazeras.co.ke or call 0723 273 685 to access, correct or delete information we hold, subject to records we must keep for tax and warranty.
