Refund Policy

Mazeras is a natural stone. Colour, grain and thickness vary between sheets. Quotations from the yard or the app are based on the photographs, drawings and quantities you provide.

Made-to-order supply

Once stone has been selected, packed or loaded for your site, it is generally not returnable, because neighbouring slabs were graded as a palette. If we have supplied the wrong type, thickness or quantity against a written order, contact us within seven days of delivery. We will inspect and, where the error is ours, replace or refund the affected portion.

Deposits and quotations

Deposits confirm a reservation of stock. They are refundable only if we cannot fulfil the agreed type and quantity. App quotations are estimates until confirmed in writing after a site or sample review.

Damaged goods

Note breakages on the delivery note before the truck leaves. Claims after the stone has been offloaded without remark cannot be assessed fairly.
